Conversing with a few real estate agents, we found out all about the locality’s growth story, “In 2003, Pimple Saudagar had shown a downward slope on the development chart, which continued till 2005. Since then, the region has seen two-fold rise in its development and emerged as a tony area of Pune,” says Samir Sawant, Proprietor, Marigold Real Estate.
Likewise, located in close proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park, the residents of Pimple Saudagar are primarily IT engineers, apart from the retiree populace. Prior to the development of the region, the flats here were sold at around ₹ 2000 - 2500 per sq ft. Today, the flats are being sold at ₹ 5500 - 7000 per sq ft. The surge in the pricing has been significant.”
