The rite of spring
Cotswold Life|April 2020
With a stellar guest lineup including national treasure Alan Titchmarsh, two nights of music and tens of thousands of flowers and plants, RHS Malvern Spring Festival returns to Three Counties Showground this May
The rite of spring

Set at the foot of the Malvern Hills, the fourday RHS Malvern Spring Festival, which runs from May 7-10, is supported by headline sponsor, boutique travel company Great Little Breaks.

It will play host to inspirational RHS Gold Medal-winning show gardens, top-quality specialist plant and floral exhibitors in the beautiful Floral Marquee; and expert advice from some of the UK’s top gardening and food personalities.

Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, RHS Malvern Spring Festival has been held at the showground in Worcestershire since it began in 1985. Seen by many as the official start of spring and the largest RHS show outside of London, the festival this year is themed around ‘Wanderlust and Wonder’ – and green-fingered visitors can expect a whole host of horticultural highlights.

Created by the very best in the business, the Show Gardens at RHS Malvern are a real treat for any visitor. In 2020, seven gardens will be on display, all hoping to receive a prestigious RHS medal.
