Twisted pervert Gary Oliva — once a key suspect in the JonBenét Ramsey murder case — is living in terror in a Colorado prison after he built a chilling shrine to the murdered little beauty queen.

Now, in a world exclusive National ENQUIRER interview, Oliva has broken his silence about his sick obsession and claimed he “partied” with the adorable six- year-old’s ghost!

Confessing he’s a “deranged pervert obsessed with the death of a small child,” the 52-year-old creep, currently being held in lieu of $10,000 bail in Boulder County Jail, told the ENQUIRER:

“I made a pact with JonBenét’s soul to always remember and keep her memory alive!”

That includes celebrating her Aug. 6, 1990, birthday with JonBenét’s spirit and the ghost of the late Beastie Boys rapper Adam Yauch, Oliva said in his bizarre jailhouse revelations.

“There’s been a few times I rented a motel room on those days and constructed a huge shrine for both JonBenét and Adam and threw a huge party and got s—t face drunk,” Oliva said.
