When the third series of cat-and-mouse thriller Killing Eve landed on BBC iPlayer on 13 April, one burning question was immediately answered – with viewers learning that former MI6 agent Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) was still alive after being shot by ruthless assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer) and left for dead at the end of the second series.
