TV Times is on set to take part in a test run of The £100K Drop, the new daytime version of Davina McCall’s BAFTA-winning quiz show The Million Pound Drop, which has been off our screens for three years.

The prize pot may be smaller but the bundles of cash are still distractingly real, the 60-second countdown whizzes by and we soon find ourselves getting into a flap, trying to remember the ingredients of a Cornish pasty (see box below).
