The Chasers reveal how they’re upping their game as their hit spinoff returns

Dramatic, tense and highly entertaining, The Chase’s prime-time spin-off Beat the Chasers proved a smash hit for ITV when it launched last April. The thrilling format saw host Bradley Walsh invite solo contestants to take on not just one, but two, three, four or even all five Chasers at once. This week, the series returns for a second outing with an extended run of episodes airing over seven nights.

‘We had such a fantastic time on the first series and myself and the Chasers are raring to go again,’ says Bradley, 60, who’s also busy with a new series of ITV’s Bradley & Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad (see page 12). ‘Our quizzing geniuses have been really genning up!’
