Samuel Johnson: ‘My New Tribute To Connie'

The actor has created a special present for his late sister.

Inspirational star Samuel Johnson has turned his former “hatred” of Christmas into a heartwarming tribute to his late sister.

The lovable larrikin has compiled a book of letters to Santa, written by himself and some famous friends, including Grant Denyer and Shane Jacobson, in honour of Connie, who died, aged 40, on September 8 last year.

“Connie loved Christmas,” Samuel wrote on the Love Your Sister Facebook page, while announcing the book. “I hated it. She always got a bit shirty when I missed a Christmas get-together – and I missed plenty over the years.”
