HIT FOLLOW: Rowi Singh

At ELLE, we’re all about staying ahead of the curve when it comes to fashion, culture and beauty. So, it’s no surprise that when searching for the ultimate beauty trailblazer, one name immediately sprung to mind: Rowi Singh.

Rowi, a 25-year-old make-up wunderkind from Sydney’s North Shore, is everything an influencer should be: unashamedly creative, wholly unique and 110 per cent about being herself.

Neon-rimmed eyes and playful make-up palettes aside, the most impressive thing about Rowi isn’t her fire beauty talent (it’s definitely a close second). Rather, it’s her reason for doing it all in the first place.

As we learnt at Instagram’s Creator Lounge at this year’s VidCon event in Melbourne, Rowi’s entire beauty philosophy comes down to self-expression, visual storytelling and proudly representing women of colour.
