Hair rinses are the most natural way to refresh and rejuvenate the scalp and hair. They are a perfect multi-purpose treatment for good hair health. Packed with nutrients, minerals and antioxidants, hair rinses restore moisture and shine and nourish your hair from the inside out making it healthy, voluminous, smooth, strong and silky. Hair rinses are particularly useful for oily hair, although some rinses are useful for dry hair too. A hair rinse is essentially the last step of your hair wash regime, is extremely simple to whip up and use and takes only a couple of extra minutes. Try it to believe it.

YOUR HAIR LOOKS TEA-RRIFIC

Ingredients: Used tea leaves Juice of one lemon A bowl of water

Preparation: Boil used tea leaves in water. After boiling, you should have about four cups of tea water. Cool it and then strain it. Then add the juice of a lemon and use it as a last rinse after shampoo.

Benefits: Give your hair a tea-water and lemon rinse after shampoo for some sheen. Tea contains tannin which imparts shine and smoothness to the hair.

AS PURE AS MARI-GOLD

Ingredients: A handful of marigold (genda) flowers A cup of hot water

Preparation: Add a handful of fresh or dry marigold flowers to a cup of hot water. Allow the flowers to stay in the hot water for 20-30 minutes. Strain and cool the water and use it as a final rinse after shampooing your hair.
