Cavewomen probably did the same thing, except with buffalo fur and mammoth jerky. But the problem is, if you stop exercising during the cooler months, you won’t be able to climb a staircase without wheezing like a senior citizen in summer. Not a good look. To prevent that, we asked Aussie activewear guru and healthy living advocate Lorna Jane Clarkson for her top tips for blitzing those winter workouts like a total boss.
