How? “When we’re depleted or agitated, we subconsciously stiffen our bodies, and tend to be shorter on breath,” says yoga instructor Kathryn Budig, author of Aim True. “Relax your body and open your chest to help you breathe deeper.” Budig’s sequence targets tense spots – hips, hamstrings, shoulders and chest – and ends with an inversion for an instant energy hit.
