What am I doing? How could I say such a thing? Why am I thinking in that way? Is this what I want?
In the present COVID crisis, we might have often asked these questions. This means that the entity having an ability to observe and critically reflect is separately conscious. Today, we will examine features of such ability. Our ability to reflect on our thoughts, emotions and actions has allowed us to be fast learners. Each time we make a mistake, we feel anxious, but just after the realisation of our mistake, this immediate feedback is supposed to make us aware and the next time we are about to do the same thing, we have a clear image in our head of what plan of action is to be taken.
