We try to paint hospitals in cheerful colours to help patients recover faster, we incorporate sober colours in homes to make you feel calmer and we incorporate bright reds in fast food dining chains to make you want to eat and leave faster. There is so much research on colour therapy and it’s use, and how it can impact our day to day life.
