No market segment seeks to understand this desire for exclusivity more than luxury. In an age where brand names matter less and less (with the onslaught of 3D printing and easy access to more bespoke products), luxury titans are thinking more about fulfilling customers’ individual needs rather than creating one size that fits all.

For tiffany & co., the answer lies in its new Watch Workshop, which offers the chance for connoisseurs and customers to personalise their own wristwatches.

After the launch of its highly successful CT60 range, the jeweller sought more fresh and exciting ways to expand the design while still remaining true to the original.
