With Celtic Women’s player Darcy McFarlane
HEY Celtic Fans, I was very excited to have my Mom here from California last week to show her around my new home!
I also had my aunt here from North Carolina and had my friend’s Mom here from Seattle, Washington for that weekend.
They already understand why I love Glasgow so much. However, after a week of sunny spring days, of course it has poured rain since they’ve arrived, furthering their perception that it rains all the time here… but we haven’t let the rain stop us from enjoying ourselves!
My Mom rented a car so that she could drive to my games and practices, and while terrifying at times, I am quite impressed with her ability to drive a manual car on the left side of the road.
They all had a great time cheering on our team against Aberdeen two Sundays ago and loved sporting their new Celtic gear. After learning what ‘Mon the Hoops’ means, they were excited to put their new Scottish cheering into action.
