The IWP prize spells out success and sustainability, and its latest recipient is Ruchika Sachdeva whose label Bodice embodies the very same principles
It’s a much-coveted award bestowed upon emerging designers, meant to elevate their talent onto a global platform, alongside representing The Woolmark company’s social commitment and support of local artisans. This year, the IWP or International Woolmark Prize finale unfolded on the first night of Pitti Uomo in Florence: Along with Christopher Bevans of DYNE, who won the first ever innovation award, and Matthew Miller for menswear, taking home the IWP in the womenswear category was India’s very own Ruchika Sachdeva, with her label Bodice.
