That Z Kind of Energy

Dr. Z Teo, CEO of the Aivee Group, flies to Singapore once a month where he maintains a successful practice, raises a family of three young children with his equally busy wife, makes time for jamming good music, and stays happy by making others beautiful.

Dr. Z teo, wearing a bright yellow button down polo shirt, sits on his new favorite chair in the porch of his home. He plucks a matching yellow guitar to what sounds like extreme’s hit 90s rock song More Than Words, while his six-month-old St. Bernard rests beside him.

The CEO of the Aivee Group and owner of Z Medical Aesthetics in Singapore is taking a breather from his busy schedule. He has a few quiet moments before attending to his duties as an entrepreneur, an in-demand doctor, husband to Aivee, and father to Kenzie, Kenzo, Keli.

16-HOUR DAYS

“I start my days late, but I sleep around two or three o’ clock in the morning. I need to be in the clinic by 12,” he shares about his day-to-day responsibilities at the numerous Aivee clinics around town. Dr. Z begins his day mixing business with pleasure, grabbing a quick lunch at the Aivee Café with his wife to talk about the day’s needs. The young couple also takes this time to talk about matters of the home and family. It is an important part of their dynamics, which makes them the power couple in the public’s eye. “After that, I would have back-to-back meetings with all the different departments until about 10 in the evening.”
