Winner of our Woman on the Rise award Nadia Nasimuddin is an embodiment of style and substance. Here, she gives us some quick answers on what makes her tick.
Malaysia Tatler (MT): You head the F&B division of the Naza Group. What attracted you to the industry?
Nadia Nasimuddin (NN): I have always loved food and I’ve developed quite a passion for it. Plus I have always loved the hospitality and service industry, and it helps that I am naturally meticulous to details and quality.
MT: You have always expressed that as your role model, your father has set the standards high for you. What has he taught you which you apply to your work today?
NN: Love and passion for what you do is important. You also must know the purpose behind your work so that you are able to set a clear direction. It will motivate you to be hardworking.
MT: You ventured into the beauty business this year by founding mySMINK with your sister Diana. Why did you choose to do that?
