Let me begin by saying that if you haven’t driven along the stunning coastline that stretches from Visakhapatnam to Bheemili, you’ve missed something. Despite the fact that large sections of the road are still being constructed, the view is spectacular, with the sea your constant companion as you traverse the highway. Indeed, some portions are almost California-like, and it’s only the odd vehicle, barrelling down at you on the wrong side of the road, that keeps you rooted to the fact that you’re very much in India.
