Confessions Of A Shopaholic

On a day filled with shop-hopping at Phoenix Marketcity, Aashna Shroff dives into some wholesome retail therapy. She rewinds to time well-spent at the sprawling mall

Confessions Of A Shopaholic

I love fashion. I love beauty. And I love to travel. Fortunately for me, my career revolves around all three and keeps me completely in my comfort zone.

So imagine my excitement when I find myself once more in a 2.1 million square foot space, filled with fashion and beauty haunts. It’s one of my favourite places to shop at, because here I get — in one place — an all access-pass to a plethora of my favourite brands, which range from Zara and H&M to MAC. Phoenix Market city, located strategically in Kurla, is the place to be at when you’re looking for an unparalleled shopping experience. And, I personally believe that it’s on par with any international mall you may have been to. Talk about fashion, beauty, scrumptious food, or a good cinematic experience — you name it, and you’ll find it here. During a visit to the mall recently, I shopped to my heart’s content and left with more than three bags full of stuff at the end of the day.

I started with H&M and got my hands on some (read: many) on trend and absolutely irresistible new additions to my wardrobe. They had some of the coolest accessories too, and it’s safe to say that I might have gone a little overboard there.

Next on my list was Zara. Whenever I’m on the lookout for an outfit, no matter what the occasion is, Zara and H&M are my go-to places. And that is what makes this mall so ideal for me. Zara offers a variety of styles and products unlike any other outlet in the city! If you’re hunting for that perfect statement piece to sport at an upcoming occasion this season, you’re bound to find that special something here — the one that will instantly transform your ensemble and make it exceptional!
