What’s your favourite race?
It’s probably Il Lombardia. That was the first Classic I ever did and it’s a race that has got a bit of everything. There’s no lucky winner there so anyone who wins is a really good bike rider.
What’s the best thing about riding a bike for a living?
For me it’s what I want to do every day anyway and so to be able to call that work is pretty awesome. And I guess you have all the freedom to make your own hours. Plus you get to go all around the world.
