I was absolutely ecstatic to be featured in FHM! Being featured in this magazine has been a major goal of mine to achieve throughout my twelve years of being a professional model (I started modeling at the young age of ten years old). Out of all my publications I have been in, this one is absolutely a dream come true.
MODELLING IS A BIG PART OF YOUR LIFE, COULD YOU TELL US WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START AND WHAT YOUR JOURNEY HAS BEEN LIKE TO GET TO THIS POINT?
When I was a very young girl, my fascination with the modeling industry began by watching both America’s Next Top Model and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Once signing with my first of several agencies, it has been a continual journey of hard work, followed by success, and I am so very thankful for how far I have been able to come on this amazing journey.
YOU LOOK INCREDIBLE, WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVOURITE WAYS TO WORK OUT?
I love to start five days out of my week by waking up and doing thirty to forty-five minutes of fasted cardio. I also spend five days of the week at the gym, in the afternoon, focusing on various muscle groups. After a solid hour and a half of lifting weights, my workouts are then followed by forty-five minutes, which are spent by sprinting, swimming, or using the stairmaster. I also have a very nutritious and clean diet.
