Mark Ogren remains 100 per cent committed to Dundee United – having already stumped up more than £7million in loans.
Sporting director Tony Asghar insists the club’s American owner is still looking to drive United forward despite the dramatic financial mess caused by the Covid crisis.
Ogren has now put in a whopping £7.2m in loans since he bought the club at the end of 2018.
The latest set of accounts shows that the Tannadice club lost £3m for the year up to June 2020.
And Asghar said: “He is fully committed. Everybody has hit a problem with business in the last year but he saw the supporters coming back. They backed the club and Mark.”
