Benn Is After Battle Of The Brits

Conor Benn says the winner of Amir Khan's clash with Kell Brook must fight him before they can say they are Britain's best.

Khan and Brook are finally due to meet on February 19 in Manchester in a 149lbs catchweight contest to settle their bitter rivalry.

Unbeaten welterweight Benn was mooted as an opponent for both fighters and believes the winner has to beat him before declaring to be the UK's No.1.

They claim they're the best in Britain but I beg to differ, they have to fight me, said Benn. They're both calling my name, saying they want me after that fight, so I will fight the winner.
