DAVID MOYES has ruled West Ham out of the race to sign Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham.

The Blues want bidding to start at £40million for the unhappy striker but that is too much for the Hammers.

West Ham manager Moyes said: “If that’s the figure we are ruled out. We can’t buy a striker at that price.

“I don’t think we will be making a purchase of that for any one player. I’d be surprised if we were.”
