“I was used to running 100kms for events. Now, I feel some stiffness in my body. I don’t feel as fit as I was, so I am still taking it easy.I am keeping my daily workouts at the base level,with 5 to 10-km runs,so that I am functionally fit. Since there are no upcoming events, there is no need for me to push myself. I am taking it very slow,” he says.
