SAYED HABIB BIDEL

I only use one Canon Speed Flash to take all my photos with an 85mm Sigma lens. First of all, I consider it as a good combination with the desired format of Photography, the frame and composition match the subject of my Photo. I use simple objects and focus on the figure, and try to get the best out of it. For example, I built a studio in the corner of my kitchen, not from these professional studios, but a simple studio without facilities.

I made the studio so dark, and inside there's only a window to let the natural light come into the studio. This light is very useful to me, especially in portrait shooting. I adjust the camera's flash speed so that it blends in with the natural light to create the best light inside the lens aperture.

In this photo collection, I have used only a few green leaves and red flowers. I tried to reach a suitable frame and composition for photographic space. I choose the Photo background so that it's related to the figure and the title in the best way possible.

As I said before, I don't have good professional facilities and equipment for Photography. My ultimate goal is to think and develop. To create extraordinary and unique photos.

I write stories about my shots before the shooting sessions, only as I have the clarity and the image in my mind, I approach the shooting. Not to mention that I edit my pictures with my phone because I don't have a laptop and editing programs. The restrictions do not, and will not stop my work.

BUTTERFLIES IN LOVE WITH FLOWERS

I sometimes think Chinese art is not fully appreciated in the West. I was exposed to it growing up in Australia, although my fascination was more with calligraphy.

From a Living Hell to Heaven on Earth: the Inhumanity and Humanity of Humans

In a remote area of western Wisconsin, dogs and cats who otherwise would have ended up on death row are given a reprieve. They can now live out their lives in peace and comfort and with companionship at Home for Life (HFL), which was not afforded them outside the sanctuary's gates.
