Rising road star ready for the velodrome
Scottish time triallist John Archibald has his sights set on the track and following in the footsteps of his sister, Olympic champion Katie, after racking up a string of victories this year on the road.
The 26-year-old from Glasgow, who races for Pro Vision Scotland, has scored 10 victories so far this year including Sunday’s Hugh Dornan Memorial, the Scottish National 10-mile time trial title and the overal at the Tour of the North. He already holds the Scottish National 25-mile title.
