Giants rookie receiver Sterling Shepard is a hobby dark horse

With the NFL’s Rookie Class of 2016 being dominated by the likes of Carson Wentz, Ezekiel Elliott, and Dak Prescott, a lot of strong talents are being lost in the shuffle. As a result, some of them could prove to be major bargains now and one of those names is New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard.

After the first 10 weeks of the season, Shepard had managed some respectable totals which included four touchdowns and had racked up 426 receiving yards. The latter total put him second among all rookies in that category behind Michael Thomas of the New Orleans Saints and came on 40 receptions. The touchdown total also put him among the top 10 first-year players.
