Not according to celeb trainer Bradley Simmonds (@bradleysimmonds), who says that if you start your day with HIIT, you’ ll feel full of juice for the rest of it. ‘The moves are tough,’ he says. ‘You don’ t have to breathe through them – just go as hard as you can before pausing.’ Do each move for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, then repeat three more times.
