Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge showed why she’s one of the royal family’s greatest assets during a visit to Cornwall with the rest of the clan last week.
As well as accompanying the Queen, Prince William, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, to a reception for the G7 leaders, she joined forces with US First Lady Dr Jill Biden to visit a school and take part in a discussion on the importance of early childhood learning.
The two women had never met before but Kate, a passionate advocate for the education and wellbeing of young children, seemed to be getting on famously with Jill, a doctor of education who has had a long career teaching at community colleges.
