Kirstie has gone from a size 16 to a trim size 12 thanks to nutritionist to the stars Amelia Freer, who is also credited with helping James Corden, Boy George and Sam Smith slim down. ‘She’s amazing. I read her books, took her advice and went to see her,’ says Kirstie. ‘It’s all about maintenance and it’s totally easy to keep up.’ Amelia advocates cutting out processed food, reducing refined sugars, eating just three meals a day with no snacking, and getting back to basics when it comes to cooking.
