After months of appearing to lead separate lives, did Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes jet off on a ‘make or break’ holiday to Athens in a bid to get their relationship back on track?
It was only a matter of days before their break that Ruth had admitted to ‘ignoring and avoiding’ Eamonn for full days after a row, saying, ‘Sometimes we would never resolve it.’ And with the couple no longer working together on ITV following Eamonn’s move to GB News, they were perhaps in need of some quality time together.
So how was their getaway?
ABSENT RUTH?
During the pair’s Easter holiday to Athens, Ruth posted a loved-up snap of her and Eamonn and joked, ‘I love an ancient relic….. the Acropolis was amazing too!! Little Easter break in Athens with my beloved.’ However, the usually active Eamonn stayed quiet on social media. Perhaps tellingly, however, just four weeks before, Eamonn was eager to post snaps from his recent trip to Belfast with their son, Jack, while Ruth stayed at their home in Surrey.
