Q I have been married for 18 years, but a year ago I fell in love with a man at work. He doesn’t know how I feel and I would never act on it or tell anyone but I think about him all the time. My fantasy of us being together keeps me going most days and stops me feeling depressed – something that’s been present since I hit the menopause a few years back. I worry about where these feelings will lead or if it will just go away and I’ll be depressed again. What should I do?
