Friends fear for the troubled singer as she displays some bizarre behaviour

Britney Spears’ antics on Instagram have become must-watch isolation viewing thanks to her cute, candid moments and home workout tips.

But last week the lighthearted posts took a turn for the serious when the 38-year-old raised eyebrows by casually dropping that she’d accidentally burned her home gym to the ground a few weeks earlier.

“I had two candles, and yeah, one thing led to another, and I burned it down,” she revealed in a video – adding in the caption. “I walked past the door to the gym and flames BOOM!!! by the grace of God the alarm went off after that and yippy hoorah nobody got hurt.”

While she insists it was an unlucky accident, sources close to the singer – who has been in rehab several times over the years dealing with mental illness – suspect otherwise.
