Big Apple Reunion Brad & Jen's Secret Date!

The exes are starting over with a clean slate

As Jennifer Aniston did the talk-show rounds in New York last week, there wasn’t so much as a hint that she was in the Big Apple for anything except business. Ever the professional, the Friends star sparkled as she made quips and shared funny stories to promote her new TV drama The Morning Show.

But behind the scenes, a very different story was unfolding: almost 15 years after Jen and her first husband Brad Pitt formally announced the end of their marriage, the pair found time for an oh-so private date.

“When they both realized they were in town for work commitments they decided, ‘why not?’” a source close to the Murder Mystery star tells.

A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since Brad fell in love with Angelina Jolie on the set of their 2005 movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith and promptly ended his five-year marriage to Jen.
