Justin, We're Theroux! Jen's Devastating Divorce

The holiday season should be full of friends, family, fun and festivities, but for Jennifer Aniston, we hear it’s been a nightmare time dominated by meetings with lawyers in Los Angeles.

Those close to the actress say she is preparing to pull the plug on her marriage to Justin Theroux just two years after they tied the knot, with an official announcement due in January.

“She just wants to get the festive season out of the way and then issue a statement,” reveals one of Jen’s friends, speaking exclusively to Woman’s Day. “She is viewing it as a new year and a new start.”

The 48-year-old superstar and actor/writer Justin, 46, signed a prenuptial agreement that states they’ll keep everything they had before they wed, meaning she’ll walk away with her fortune of $320 million, while he’ll take his earnings of $29 million.

We’re told Jen doesn’t expect things to turn ugly – and if they do, she’ll argue that their relationship has raised Justin’s profile and helped him to get several acting roles, including his gigs in The Leftovers and The Girl on the Train.

The former Friends star and her husband were last photographed together on October 1 and have apparently been living separately since then, as they have done for much of their marriage. Jen has been based in her hometown of LA while Justin’s residing in New York.
