Life Coach On Board! How Kate Got Her Groove Back

The duchess is in the spotlight againand she has a newlease on life!

Looking fabulous in a figure-hugging dress, the Duchess of Cambridge seemed happier and healthier than ever as she joined her husband Prince William on a royal engagement last week.

It’s the second public outing for Kate since her maternity leave came to an end earlier this month, and onlookers couldn’t help but notice her delight as she and William attended the Global Ministerial Mental Health Summit in London.

Laughing together, the pair seemed thrilled to be at each other’s side for a cause they care so much about.

“They seemed to be genuinely having a wonderful time,” tells an onlooker. “They were so relaxed and just had this amazing energy about them.”

And as they approach a busy few months ahead, Woman’s Day can reveal that the mum-of-three is determined to do things differently this time. While friends have reported in the past that Kate has struggled with juggling the demands of royal duty, parenting and marriage, she and William, both 36, have drawn up a set of rules by which they’ll live now they’re parents of three.
