They finally meet in the City of Love

For four long years, Katie Holmes and her secret beau Jamie Foxx have lived a life under the radar. Having agreed in her divorce from Tom Cruise to not publicly date anyone for five years, the brunette beauty has stoically concealed her relationship, never once walking a red carpet with her boyfriend or even admitting their love for each other.

But after being spotted enjoying a romantic getaway in Paris last month, Woman’s Day can reveal the lovebirds are on the brink of stepping out of the shadows – and with Tom filming a stone’s throw from where they were staying in the City of Love, they took the opportunity to meet with him!

“It was all pre-arranged,” a source close to Katie tells, speaking exclusively to Woman’s Day. “Tom slipped into Jamie and Katie’s hotel, and took a back elevator to their suite. It was Tom and Katie’s first face-to-face in years – since their divorce negotiations.”

Despite the fact Jamie, 49, and Tom, 54, were once good friends after bonding on the set of their 2004 movie Collateral, it wasn’t a social call. Katie, 38, called the meeting because they’re all about to become an extended family.

Explains our source, “When Katie sprang divorce papers on Tom in 2012, she wanted out super-fast. And in order to get her quickie divorce, she agreed to some of his outrageous demands, including a clause banning her from publicly dating anyone for five years.
