Nominations come from both within the judging program and from exhibitors and this year we were thrilled to be offered so many great nominations. All have been amazing contributors and ambassadors for CFA, so our decision was a difficult one. So hard, in fact, that we picked two.
Members of our Region 9 family, this year’s winners face the realities of the war in Ukraine as part of their everyday lives. While it would be perfectly reasonable – even expected for them to have focused on their own family and hardships, they have continued to help take care of both the CFA and Cat Fancy family as well as dedicating themselves to the rescue and protection of those without a voice – the displaced and injured cats in the war-torn region
They have dedicated time and resources to support their friends at Dobrokit and Vetexpert that are rescuing, feeding, providing medical car to the many cats that roam the streets of the Ukraine.
