MODERN pentathlon has bid farewell to riding with the Paris Olympics marking the final time showjumping would feature in the sport.
Before the Games, H&H reported the sadness from those connected to the sport of the loss of riding (news, 25 July). The riding is being replaced by an obstacle course.
