Shilpi Architects and Planners has become a goto name in architecture. Ar Paras. S. Netragaonkar, the owner, is also the principal architect. The firm has a team of professionals that includes architects, engineers &CAD operators. They firmly believe creativity is the convergence of science, art and economics.Ar Paras has done his B.Arch. from Pune University and is a member of the Council of Architecture and A.I.I.A.

Their expertise lies in their passion for their work and being able to bring their clients' requirements to life. They believe in concept development. It means ensuring their ideas develop the projects from ground zero. They are into design considerations. It includes town planning legislation, environmental impact, etc. They focus on presentation skills and ensuring the designs speak for themselves on paper. They are into aesthetic visualisation. It means understanding the space and imagining the structure before it becomes a reality. They specialise in software like CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw, etc. The firm is versatile in handling all kinds of projects. They have good knowledge of material science.

After starting in 2000, Shilpi Architects & Planners designed well-known landscape projects for clients from 2001-05. From 2005-15, the firm handled varied projects, from institutional and low& high-rise housing to landscape. In 2017-19, they grew with projects like mixed-use, redevelopment, etc. They designed prestigious & luxurious apartments, commercials, redevelopment, theme parks, temple complexes, etc.
