InRadius Technologies is set to revolutionise the job and talent search ecosystem

HRTech start-up InRadius Technologies is India's first Geo location-based job and talent search platform. The core purpose of the platform is to help people living in metro cities find jobs closer to their homes and reduce the unproductive long hours spent on daily commuting for work. At the same time, the Mumbai-based startup enables employers to discover suitable talent residing closer to their offices, fostering improved work-life balance for their employees. This self-funded startup has impressively on-boarded over 500 active job seekers and more than 150 employers, within just five months of its launch. Currently, the platform is operational in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, while it plans to expand its operations across all major metro cities of India over the next 18 months.
