Running a resort is no easy feat. A General Manager must have the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure that the hotel is R operating efficiently and effectively. In my 15-year-long career, there have been several instances where I have been at a crossroad or have been doubtful about a decision that I have at hand but these learnings have helped me hold my ground and create impact not only for myself but also for the people around me.
