CRUSTY King Charles is poised to get a royal makeover on the orders his wife, Queen Camilla, sources tell GLOBE! 

Camilla, 76, is no stranger to Botox and other nip/ tucks, which Charles, 75, has always encouraged. But now the tables have turned as she's demanding he freshen up his appearance to look more like a king than a wrinkled penny-pinching pauper!

"All things considered, Camilla looks pretty good for an aging battleaxe, and she no doubt owes it to a few cosmetic fixes over the years," snitches an insider.

"The point is her looks are important to her and she works at it. She wants Charles to put more of an effort into improving his looks, too."
