KENDALL: My Struggle With Mental Health

Plagued by chronic anxiety, Kendall Jenner details how she's learned to cope

Call it family bonding. On the Sept. 29 episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, Kendall Jenner tried to convince older sister Khloé Kardashian to undergo a somewhat unusual medical procedure. "Basically [the doctor] scans your brain and tells you, like, he sees where it's, like, firing," the runway regular explained, adding that her own scan confirmed a condition she's long faced. "He said, 'You 100 percent have anxiety. Like, I can see it all in your brain."" Kendall is only 26, but she's struggled with her mental health for nearly two decades. "I remember being really young I'd say 8, 9, 10 - and having shortness of breath," she revealed last year, noting that as her fame grew - as a reality-TV star and later as a supermodel - the anxiety only got more "out of control." The feelings of worry and fear, a family insider adds, "were controlling her life at one point."
