FURIOUS Jay-Z is jawing that Texas lawyer Anthony Buzbee — who is repping the 38-year-old woman accusing the rapper and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her when she was 13 — violated federal court rules by neglecting to verify the veracity of his client’s story before filing her bombshell federal lawsuit, The National ENQUIRER can exclusively reveal.
The explosive charge comes after the anonymous accuser gave a tell-all television interview littered with inconsistencies — and Buzbee is blaming another law firm for the alleged legal gaffe, court documents show.
Now, Jay-Z, whose legal name is Shawn Carter, wants a Manhattan judge to dismiss the suit, while also accusing Buzbee of embellishing his client’s allegations as part of an elaborate extortion scheme!
