“The palace is desperately trying to downplay the seriousness of His Majesty’s illness,” confides a highlevel courtier. “But this is devastating and dire news.”
According to the insider, physicians ordered the frail 75-year-old to cancel all public appearances as he endures torturous treatments in an attempt to delay the inevitable!
“He’s been warned grueling chemotherapy and radiation cause an endless cycle of nausea, pain and tiredness — and he’ll lose his hair!” the courtier confides.
“He’s retreated to his country estate Sandringham to undergo top-of-the-line treatment in private. He has no choice but to put his future in the hands of his doctors — and God. He’s been told the disease has spread so far, it appears unstoppable.”
But the spy squeals Charles is still determined to “broker peace” between warring Princes William and Harry — his sons with late ex-wife Princess Diana — and mend his broken family before he takes his final breath!
Buckingham Palace dropped the monarch’s cancer bombshell following his threeday stay at The London Clinic after Charles underwent a surgical procedure for an enlarged prostate, an unrelated and benign condition.
The palace did not specify which type of tumor was found. But sources say doctors homed in on the pancreas after performing an intense battery of blood tests and body scans.
