Gabfest on life support after show bigshot dies

THE View’s catty co-hosts keep turning off watchers — but spies snitch the recent death of co-creator Bill Geddie may be the final nail in the coffin for the controversial ABC gabfest.

Geddie, 68, teamed with late newsgal Barbara Walters in 1997 to create the concept and served as its producer until 2014. But his July 20 passing from heart problems has convinced producers it may finally be time to put the program to rest, insiders say!
