Hey, Gemma! You just got back from Greece, how was it?
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I went to Thessaloniki, and it was 10 out of 10. I’ve had an amazing summer, with two lovely holidays. I’ve had the summer of dreams. I went to Italy with my nephew and literally ate pizza and pasta every night, it’s so incredible there.
You’re a great advocate for body confidence, how have you found that balance between being healthy but not dieting?
